Lot Owner Meeting Format

We are learning as we go with our Zoom meetings. To improve the quality of the Lot Owner’s Meeting it will be organized as follows.

1 – The Lot Owner’s Meeting’s purpose is to provide an opportunity for lot owners to get an update on park activities and ask questions. This is not the forum for complaints, which should be handled by filling out a complaint form at the office and allowing it to go through the proper channels. The Lot Owners’s Meeting is not a mandated meeting by the Bylaws but a service provided by the Board of Directors.

2- The Lot Owner’s Meeting will follow this format;

  • Announcements and comments from the Board – All participants except the Board will be muted during this portion of the meeting.
  • Question and answer period – The Board will open the meeting to questions. To ask a question you will need to “raise your hand” in the Zoom controls and wait for the moderator to call on you to unmute then you can ask your question. Once the question has been answered the moderator will mute that owner and select the next in line. After asking a question all other owners with questions will be given an opportunity before an individual will be selected for an additional question.
  • If an Owner becomes argumentative or disruptive the moderator will mute or remove them from the meeting.
  • The meeting will be adjourned when either the hour time limit is met or there are no further questions.
