Annual Lot Owner’s Meeting

Lake Tyee’s Board of Directors has called for the annual meeting of the Lot Owners for the purpose of election of Directors and conduct of such business as is properly brought before the meeting.

Registration is at 9:00 a.m. and the meeting will start at 10:00 a.m.

Please plan to familiarize yourself with the candidates and make informed decisions. Attend this meeting for the discussion. You can vote in person at the meeting, by mail, by dropping your ballot off in the ballot box at the office, or by proxy (see Bylaw 4.8.3, page 13 for proxies.)

All ballots dropped off or mailed must be received at the Lake Tyee Office no later than 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning, June 22rd, 2013 to be valid and counted. Ballots received by mail or dropped off at the office after the start of the meeting will not be counted. (Ballots cannot be scanned and emailed, faxed, or sent by any other electronic means. An original signature is required.)
