Easter Recap from Saturday, April 3rd

A HUGE thank you to all the volunteers - Judy & Monte Smith, Doug Ernest, Jayne Bergerman, Barb Thibert, Susan Giroux, Gary & Karen Ward, Dori & Dave Hadders, Cory Fergusen, Kenny Leard, Kurt & Cindy Moore and many more that pitched in at the last second.
 
About 70 people came to the club house in the snow!  About 50 folks had breakfast.

Since it was snowing the Easter Bunny hid the eggs inside.  About 30 kids hunted them down quickly & started the rest of the games, cookie decorating, and crarft project. 

Next year we need to find a petit volunteer to fill our bunny costume (Someone between 5' and 5' 3")

The bylaws describe the duties of the Social Committee as : 

5.15.4. Recreation and Social Committee.

The Recreation and Social Committee shall consist of persons designated by the Board, at least one of whom shall be a Director, each to serve for a term of one year. The charter and purpose of the Committee shall be to promote social and recreational activities occurring on the Common Areas of the Community, and to work with the Grounds and Maintenance Committee to monitor the condition and use of the Community’s Recreational Facilities. This Committee is expected to remain generally economically self-suffi cient by producing income from user fees. The Board may by resolution prescribe additional duties for this Committee.
