We will not be posting detailed financial information on the web page until a member’s only section can be developed.  In the meantime we are creating an e-mail distribution list to send out financial information periodically. 
If you would like to be included on the e-mail distribution list please provide your name, e-mail address, and lot # in the comment form above.
If you do not have access to e-mail you can request paper copies of financial information in the office for .10 per page. 



 Invoices were mailed February 1, 2010 to lot owners for the 2010 Annual Dues assessment of $1391.00,

with an option to make payments of $154.56 for 9 months. 

If you choose to pay the total annual dues by February 15th

you can take advantage of the $50.00 discount and pay a total of $1341.00. 

 

The Budget & Finance committee meets as necessary throughout the year.

The By-laws describe the Budget & Finance committee's duties as:

5.15.1. Budget and Finance Committee.

The Budget and Finance Committee shall consist of persons designated by the Board, at least one of whom shall be a Director, each to serve for a term of one year. The charter and purpose of the Committee shall be to assist the Board in developing the Club’s annual budget, to work with the Grounds and Maintenance Committee to help the Board develop reasonable reserves for repairs, replacements and capital improvements, and to monitor trends in income and expenditures to ensure the integrity of the Club’s financial status. The Budget and Finance Committee will work with the Club’s Treasurer and Manager to ensure that the Board receives timely information regarding the financial status of the Club. The Board may by resolution prescribe additional duties for this Committee.
