electricity Power is ON everywhere Daily updates follow in chronological order: Tuesday, June 22 - power was out for Concrete & all of Lake Tyee for about 2 hours in the morning Monday, May 17, 2010 - The power was out for a few hours to all of Lake Tyee due to a PSE problem.    Friday, January 8, 2010 - The power has been restored to the four lots in 2C.	roads All roads at Lake Tyee are currently open. Please report community road problems to the office right away  .  The lake staff will make every effort to keep the main roads clear of snow during the winter months and where possible clear the secondary roads.  There may be some times when this is not possible and lot owners should anticipate these events.  The main hill road will be closed for the winter season with the first significant snow fall. .  Check the roads to Lake Tyee below Washington State Roads - I-5 & SR 20 Skaigt County Roads - Baker Lake Road & Burpee Hill Road	water Water is on to all properties When winterizing please use only "R/V" anti freeze in your water system - other types of anti-freeze will damage our septic system.  We are all aware of our recent power outages at Lake Tyee.  Please do not assume that electrical power will be available throughout the winter months.  Take all precautions due to this potential.
