at 7:50 am) There will be a power outage today to all properties
starting about 9:00 am and lasting until the problem with power to the clubhouse, pools and spas is resolved. Hopefully
this will be short term. NOTE: Power goes out occasionally
at Lake Tyee. It's a fact-of-life. Please be prepared for a possible outage at all times, and especially
through the winter months. |
(Updated 3/10/2011 at 10:00pm) The hill on Kla-Ta-Wa Drive is CLOSED due to flooding/wash-out. Lot owners should access divisions 2C, 2D, and all of Division 3 using the
Back Gate. Skagit Trail in the Meadow is also damaged by flooding. .... Burpee Hill Road
is Open. Access between Concrete and Lake Tyee has been restored. .... .. Please report community
road problems to the office right away . The lake staff will make every effort to keep the main roads clear of snow during the winter months
and where possible clear the secondary roads. There may be some times when this is not possible and lot owners should
anticipate these events. The main hill road will be closed for the winter season with the first significant snow fall. . Check the roads to Lake Tyee below

- other types of anti-freeze will damage our septic system. .... .... Please check the Weekly Weather &
